Location: Saskatoon, SK & Edmonton, AB Functional Area: Engineering (Geotechnical/ Civil), Consulting Job Type: Full-Time Salary: To be negotiated Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing geotechnical engineering projects with primary focus to serve our mining clients. As a project manager, perform detailed engineering analysis and design for assigned projects. In addition to managing projects and providing technical direction to project engineers, the individual will be expected to work with other senior members of the team in a business development and marketing role. While the primary focus will be on geotechnical projects, opportunities exist to work with both the Environmental and Hydrogeological groups within our office. Job Requirements: Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Geotechnical, Civil or Geological Engineering. Must be eligible to register as Professional Engineer or Geoscientist with APEGS. Desirable Skills: 5 or more years relevant industry or consulting experience. Experience working in a consulting environment at a senior project management level. Desire to work both independently in the field and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
