Location: Edmonton, AB Functional Area: Engineering (Geotechnical/ Geo-environmental), Consulting Job Type: Full-Time Salary: To be negotiated Job Description: The successful candidate’s primary duties will focus on marketing and business development activities including researching new clients, solicitation of Requests for Proposal, and proposal preparation. Further responsibilities will include delegating projects to appropriate staff, daily office management, and coordinating advertising efforts. In addition to marketing and managerial duties, the individual will be expected to provide technical direction to project and design engineers and function as a project manager on jobs relating to the candidate’s area(s) of expertise. Job Requirements: Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Geotechnical or Geo-environmental Engineering. Must be eligible to register as Professional Engineer or Geoscientist with APEGS. Desirable Skills: Minimum of 10 years of consulting engineering experience.
