We are currently seeking a Civil/Geomatic/Environmental Engineering Technologist to join the team in Regina.
|
| |
|
Working with the remote sensing and data acquisition group, the successful candidate will be providing field services to Engineers and other technical employees. The successful candidate will mainly be working with Ground Penetrating Radar and Ground Based LiDaR.

Qualifications:
| • |
Technologist or applied science degree or diploma, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered; |
| • |
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; |
| • |
Practical experience in surveying or computer programming will be considered an asset; |
| • |
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; |
| • |
Willingness and proven ability to work in a team atmosphere; |
| • |
Ability to take a flexible approach to work assignments; |
| • |
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks while demonstrating significant attention to detail; |
| • |
Must be willing to travel; |
| • |
Must be able to troubleshoot problems in the field. |

Job Duties:
| • |
Perform Ground Penetrating Radar Surveys and process data; |
| • |
Perform Ground Based LiDaR Surveys and process data; |
| • |
Coordinate data collection and data processing with Project Managers; |
| • |
Research new technologies and field principles; |
| • |
Maintaining equipment. |
